BD Dance Store is unable to offer refunds or returns

Please note that BD Dance Store reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of their order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our “Contact Information”. Any packages returned to our shipping facility will not be accounted for and immediately discarded for the health and safety of our employees. 

Please be advised that refused or unclaimed domestic and international orders will not be refunded. For the safety of our shipping facility, all returned items will not be accounted for and immediately discarded. To avoid mistakes of such kind, please pay attention to the delivery status using your tracking number and make sure to contact the shipping provider in your country in case of necessity or any shipping-related questions.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges are considered refused shipments and are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and paying any applicable customs or import fees.

BD Dance Store doesn’t take any responsibility for the shipping carrier’s activity. Please be careful when placing your order.BD Dance Store will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Cancelation of orders is not possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. All sales are final.

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

To start the exchange, you can contact us at bddanceshoesslovenia@gmail.com. Our team will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, our team will contact you with information for further action. A return shipping label is not included. In case of an exchange, shipping/handling charges are the customer's responsibility.

Items purchased during special promotions or with discounts are non-refundable and exchangeable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 30-day warranty for an exchange on faulty items. If faulty items have not been returned within 30 days we will not accept them back.
